UFC: Filipino MMA fighter Danny Kingad, lalabanan si Adriano "Mikinho" Moraes sa Nobyembre

Lalabanan ni MMA fighter Danny Kingad ang dating ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion na si Adriano "Mikinho" Moraes sa ONE 169: Atlanta sa Nobyembre 9. 

Pero nilinaw ng Filipino MMA fighter,  na sa ngayon ay hindi niya iniisip ang ginto. Ang kanyang focus ay sa paghihiganti laban kay Moraes, na tumalo sa kanya noong Nobyembre 2017 sa ONE: Legends of the World para sa World title fight. 

"I still have a score to settle with Adriano. And if I won this, it'll make my case for a title shot undeniable. "Sa ngayon, ang focus ko ay kay Adriano. If I get the chance to compete for the title, I'll be ready and willing. Why not? Pero sa ngayon, wala pang belt sa linya, and that's fine," ani Kingad

Matatandaang natalo si Kingad kay Yuya Wakamatsu sa ONE 165 noong Enero sa pamamagitan ng unanimous decision, habang si Moraes naman  ay natalo kay Johnson ng dalawang beses sa mga championship match.

Samantala, nagbigay pugay naman si Kingad kay Demetrious Johnson na minsan na niyang nakalaban at tumalo sa kaniya noong 2019 sa final ng ONE Flyweight MMA World Grand Prix. 

Si Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson ay nagretiro na sa MMA fighting at ito naman ang nagbukas ng malinaw na landas patungo sa trono ng flyweight MMA division ng ONE Championship.

He's one of the greatest to ever do it, and I'm grateful that, at some point in my career, I had the chance to share the stage with the best," said Kingad of Johnson.
